Downtown in Our Town: A Thornton Wilder Walking Tour

November 4 @ 10:30 am - 12:00 pm

Downtown Main Street, Peterborough

Take a walk through downtown Peterborough and see it through Thornton Wilder’s eyes! The walk will explore the people and places that served as inspirations for Wilder’s  Pulitzer Prize-winning play and answer the question, “Is Peterborough Our Town?”

This walking tour is free but registration is required. The tour is limited to 20 participants.


Walking tours are held rain or shine. In the event of plowable snow (yes, possible in November!), the walk will be canceled The tour takes approximately 90 minutes.
