MacDowell Downtown: Dave Malloy

Composer Dave Malloy takes major works of literature, well-known for their intricacy and heavy themes, and turns them into musicals. His latest is Herman Melville’s Moby Dick.
At this month’s MacDowell Downtown, Malloy will take you on a musical journey through the classic novel and preview his next project: a musical adaptation of Shakespeare’s Henry plays.
Doors open at 7:00. This event is free and open to all.
