Music in Bass Hall: Valentine Jazz

Vocalist Stephanie Hurley is joined by pianist Bob Pettegrew and saxophonist Bruce Eliot for a Valentine-themed concert of jazz standards on Sunday afternoon, February 16th, at 3:00 p.m.
This program will feature those wonderful romantic favorites that are guaranteed to enhance your Valentine’s weekend celebration. Stephanie’s repertoire ranges from jazz standards of the 30’s and 40’s to swing versions of pop songs. She is an enticing and engaging performer who has worked with a wide range of bands throughout central New England. Bob’s playing reflects the stride-base style of Teddy Wilson, mixed with more modern jazz improvisation. Bruce is known for his work with The Nines and the Terry Landis Band. This trio will make your day (and your Valentine’s too, enjoyed in the intimacy of Bass Hall!
