Join Monadnock Center director Michelle Stahl for a gallery talk exploring the Dublin Colony artists and their works. The exhibit includes paintings and drawings dating from the 1870s to the 1950s.  Abbott Handerson Thayer, William Preston Phelps, Lilla Cabot Perry, and Joseph Lindon Smith are among the ten artists featured in the exhibition. The talk will discuss the artist's careers and their associations with Dublin and the Monadnock Region. Gallery talk limited to 8 participants and registration is required. REGISTER…

Visit the historic Village Cemetery in Peterborough for a guided tour of this Victorian burying ground on Saturday, October 30 at 10:30 a.m. Through the life stories of Peterborough’s 19th century citizens, guests will learn about the town and what life was like in the 1800s. The tour will also explore gravestone symbolism and Victorian mourning practices. Guests should wear comfortable footwear and be prepared for uneven terrain.
