Join us for a walking tour through West Peterborough. We will look at the evolution of this mill village and discuss the buildings, people, and businesses that shaped ‘the West’ from the early 19th century to the present. Learn the stories of immigrant families who left their homelands to make a new life in the Monadnock Region in this special exhibit at the Monadnock Center. Through images, family stories, and objects, Immigrant Stories traces the journeys and lives of immigrants from the British Isles, Italy, Quebec, Lebanon, Germany, Greece, Portugal, Sweden, Finland, and the Democratic Republic of Congo. After the guided gallery talk, guests will enjoy three exhibit interactives. See if you would pass the citizenship test by  answering civics…
