The Monadnock Center is looking for an enthusiastic administrative assistant to join our team! If you know your way around Excel, Word, and the internet and have a friendly, can-do attitude, this could be the job for you! The Administrative Assistant is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Monadnock Center. The successful candidate will embrace a wide variety of tasks and activities and enjoy working in a small friendly office with other staff and volunteers.
Essential Skills:
- Extensive experience working with Microsoft Office.
- Dedication to exceptional customer service.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base in person, on the telephone, and in writing.
- Ability to manage time and organize workload effectively.
- Capacity and willingness to learn new programs and applications including social media and website.
- Previous experience with Past Perfect, Mail Chimp, Facebook, Instagram, Publisher, Photoshop, and Square Space not essential but big plus!
